Hi, I’m Melissa Meyer, founder of Pure. Medical Spa & Wellness Center.

My passion is helping people look and feel their absolute best through personalized, medically guided treatments in a supportive, judgment-free environment. By combining my clinical expertise with a deep commitment to wellness, I offer services including hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss programs, aesthetic injectables, and vitamin injections designed to support both confidence and overall health.

There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone look in the mirror and truly feel good about themselves. Whether we’re enhancing natural features with Botox®, Dysport®, or dermal fillers, or supporting wellness through hormone balance and metabolic care, my goal is always the same: to help every patient feel confident, refreshed, and empowered.

With a background in family medicine and medical aesthetics, I bring a well-rounded, patient-focused approach to every treatment. I specialize in natural-looking results and take pride in using advanced injection techniques that enhance beauty without looking overdone.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2011) and Master of Science in Nursing (2015) from Southern Connecticut State University and am a nationally certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
